How to create a Job Offer?

  1. After connecting with a Helper and getting into an agreement for Hours worked and Gross Pay. Go to your chat with the Helper and click on “Send Offer”

  1. File in the required info for your job offer: Start Date, End Date (if applicable), Hours, Agreed Gross Pay, Payment Method, Job Terms, and Accidental Insurance (know more here). Click on “Continue”.

  1. Review your Offer. If you want to make any changes you can go back and edit it. Once you are done with your Offer, add your Payment Method (if applicable) and click on “Confirm & Pay Securely”.
  2. *You won’t get charged until the Helper accepts the offer.

  1. If the Helper rejects your Job Offer you can create another one by following the same steps.
