What are the functions and features of the AyiConnect app?

For Families

There are many key features and functions that will assist our Families to find the right Helper quicker with their preferences.

1. Message: This is where all the actions happen. All conversations are protected.

2. Call and video chat - Before deciding to hire a Helper, you can contact her or him through our app, especially with Safe Calling (masked your personal number until you’re ready to share more). Save you more time and protect your privacy.

3. Search: You can use our search function to find Helpers near you.

4. Job invitation: If you find a suitable Helper for your job, you can go to its profile and send them an invitation to the job you posted.

5. Favorite: You can save Helpers you like for later after you have some time to consider them by clicking on the “heart” icon in the job description.

6. Payment through App - Before you know the candidate, you can pay through the App first, especially during the trial, and we will protect your funds.

7. Concierge - We provide 1:1 service for Families who are very busy professionals that don't have the time to screen.

8. Real-time notification - With the newly upgraded notification function, you will not miss any important information!

9. Live Connect events: this is our virtual job fair. Where you will have the opportunity to connect with Helpers who are looking for a job in real-time!

For Helpers

There are many key features that will assist our Helpers to find jobs quicker with their preferences.

1. Profile: this is more or less your first impression. Please fill it out with as much information as possible so Families can clearly understand whether you are suitable for them. This can also help you increase job invitations.

2. Search: You can find new jobs posted by Families from the nearest locations.

3. Message: This is where all the actions happen, from chatting, and calling, to getting an offer from a Family. All conversations are protected.

4. Jobs: You can see all the jobs you applied to and which positions have hired you.

5. Job invitation: When the Family finds your profile fits them, you will get a job invite, so don’t miss this great chance! (The invitation expires after three days, please make sure to reply within three days)

6. Favorite: You can save jobs you like for later after you have some time to consider them by clicking on the “heart” icon in the job description.

7. Live Connect events: this is our virtual job fair. Where you will have the opportunity to connect with Families who are looking for help in real time!
